Fall is quickly approaching, football is back on T.V., and the kids are headed back to school—it’s officially that time of year. The return of the academic year often signals a time of “getting things in order.” Over the years, I always found myself scheduling appointments for things I put off over the summer: oil change, dental cleaning, wellness check, etc. If you’re anything like me, now might be a good time to begin planning for the future.
Estate planning is a broad category that includes protecting assets from liability or probate, ensuring your friends and family receive the money you’ve worked hard to earn, or planning for worst-case scenarios such as incapacitation or death. I understand these topics aren’t exactly exciting, but neither is visiting the doctor, dentist, or mechanic.
If we can help you or someone you know begin planning for the future, please contact us at (813) 244-7758 or Ross@RossSpanoLaw.com.
Cheers!
